for.
If you need music in a hurry, you can call around, find out
who has it in stock and often get it within a couple days. Sometimes you can even
find out-of-print titles that are no longer available from the publisher, by calling
around to find a dealer who still has a copy in stock.
They are listed alphabetically below, if the company is
named after a person, the last name of the person is where you will find it, i.e. Robert
King Music is listed under "K."
